Stone Cold

So I just realized I have all these photos of old drawings, so I might as well do something with them. Plus I've been reading up on lightning tutorials so this gives me a chance to try it out.

This is Medusa the Gorgon from Greek Mythology. I drew this last year when we were studying Greek architecture. The original sketch is one of my favorite pieces I've ever done, so I figured I'd just add a few effects. Yay

Oh and the title of course refers to the fact that Medusa could turn men into stone when they simply looked at her (is there any connection with her and the basilisk in harry potter? )
